  1. Returns: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for our products and services. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered final and non-refundable.

  2. Defects or Mistakes: In the unlikely event that a defect or mistake has occurred or a provided requirement was not met in the 3D printed product due to an error on our part, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. If you believe that your product contains a defect or a mistake made by Fidelis 3D, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product to report the issue. We will review the matter and, if deemed valid, replace the defective or incorrect product at no additional charge to you.

  3. Missing Requirements: While we strive to fulfill all client requirements accurately, it is important to note that missing requirements, specifications, or design elements are not the responsibility of Fidelis 3D. It is the client's responsibility to provide complete and accurate information regarding their project requirements. We highly encourage thorough communication and detailed documentation during the project consultation phase to avoid any misunderstandings or omissions.

  4. Engineering Services and Changes: For engineering services, once a part or drawings are accepted as completed by the client, any subsequent changes or revisions will be subject to additional charges. These changes will be carried out utilizing billed revision hours at our standard rates. We will provide a revised quote for the requested changes, and work will commence upon approval and payment of the applicable fees.
